Position Overview
This internship provides hands-on experience in marketing, business development, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for business strategy, digital marketing, and relationship building. Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Branding
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote Monhars Enterprise’s services.
• Manage social media platforms (content creation, scheduling, engagement, and analytics tracking).
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and website content.
• Collaborate on email marketing campaigns and newsletter distribution.
Business Development & Sales Support
• Identify potential business opportunities and assist in lead generation efforts.
• Research and develop outreach strategies for partnerships and client acquisition.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business development reports.
• Engage with potential clients via email, phone, and networking events.
• Support relationship management with existing clients and partners.
Administrative & Strategic Support
• Maintain customer and prospect databases using CRM tools.
• Assist in planning and coordinating business events, webinars, and networking opportunities.
• Provide insights and recommendations for process improvement and business growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, and content creation.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar marketing tools is a plus.

Job Overview:
The Accounts and Finance Officer (AFO) is responsible for managing the financial health of Monhars Enterprise LLC. The AFO will oversee financial transactions, maintain accurate records, analyze financial data, and provide strategic insights to support business growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple financial functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management & Reporting
• Maintain accurate financial records, including income, expenses, and bank transactions.
• Prepare and manage financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow reports.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for management review.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, financial regulations, and company policies.
• Track and manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) to maintain cash flow efficiency.
Budgeting & Forecasting
• Develop, monitor, and manage company budgets in alignment with strategic goals.
• Provide financial forecasts and analysis to support business decision-making.
• Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
Taxation & Compliance
• Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring timely submission to avoid penalties.
• Maintain awareness of changes in tax laws and financial regulations that may impact the business.
• Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and financial institutions as needed.
Payroll & Employee Benefits
• Process employee payroll, ensuring accurate calculations for wages, deductions, and bonuses.
• Manage employee benefits, such as insurance, retirement plans, and other entitlements.
Financial Analysis & Strategy
• Provide insights into financial performance, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Develop financial strategies to optimize revenue, control expenses, and enhance profitability.
• Assist in pricing strategies for Monhars Distributors and Monhars Consulting services.
Inventory & Asset Management
• Manage financial records related to inventory, assets, and equipment.
• Perform regular audits to ensure asset security and accurate reporting.
Vendor & Client Relations
• Maintain professional relationships with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth financial transactions.
• Negotiate payment terms, manage invoices, and resolve billing disputes efficiently.
Administrative Duties
• Maintain organized financial records, receipts, and contracts.
• Support management in preparing business plans, financial proposals, and funding applications.
• Assist in strategic financial planning for upcoming projects, including the Leaders' Summit.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or similar certification).
• Proven experience as an Accounts and Finance Officer, Accountant, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial management tools.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication skills for reporting financial insights to leadership.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
